Script execution via unescaped form descriptions

Reflected XSS in Cerebrate 1.4 and earlier allows remote attackers to execute script in a user's browser via a crafted form description. The genericForm.php template inserts the user-controlled description directly into three HTML div elements without escaping; the fix applies CakePHP's h() helper to each value. The path is exposed through MISP local-tool setting changes, and exploitation requires a user to render the malicious description, enabling script execution in the Cerebrate origin.
