Non-public image disclosure via private-only access checks

Information disclosure in Drupal core's Image module allows remote attackers to read non-public images through derivative requests. ImageStyleDownloadController::deliver invokes file-download access hooks only for the private scheme, so other contributed schemes are treated as public. Exposure requires allow_insecure_derivatives set to TRUE and a contributed non-public file scheme; the default setting is FALSE.
