Arbitrary victim requests via unsanitized image alt text

Cross-site scripting in affected GitLab CE/EE Incident Timelines allows remote authenticated users to induce victim requests. ImageLinkFilter assigns an unneutralized image alt value to link.children when link_replaces_image is true, causing it to be parsed as HTML. A victim must view and interact with the crafted timeline entry; injected attributes can issue arbitrary POST requests, while instances without restricted CSP can execute script.
