User impersonation via cross-client OAuth code exchange

Authentication bypass in JetBrains Hub before 2022.1.14434 allows context-dependent attackers to impersonate users through SAML. Hub's OAuth2-to-SAML exchange accepts any valid authorization code without verifying that the JetBrains Hub Service client issued it. Exploitation requires Hub to act as a SAML identity provider, the bundled YouTrack Konnektor, and a logged-in victim to complete a crafted OAuth flow; the attacker then receives the code and obtains a signed SAML response for that user.
