Command execution via stored settings-field script injection

Stored XSS in Popcorn Time 0.4.7 allows context-dependent attackers to execute OS commands through an imported configuration file. The Movies API Server(s) setting stores unneutralized script markup, and enabled Node integration exposes child_process when the setting renders after restart. Execution requires a user to import an attacker-supplied database archive and restart the application, after which commands run with the application's privileges.
