Root shell access via hard-coded RSA key

Hard-coded keys in Phicomm K2, K3, K3C, K2G, and K2P firmware allow remote attackers on the local network to obtain a root shell. The UDP/21210 telnetd_startup service accepts a scripted exchange authenticated with leaked embedded RSA key material and then launches telnetd as root. Local-network reachability and possession of the leaked private key are sufficient to gain complete device control without credentials.
