Unauthenticated credential disclosure via unprotected ASP endpoints
Published Mar 7, 2022 · Updated Aug 3, 2024
Improper access control in Phicomm router firmware allows remote attackers to obtain LAN device details and wireless credentials. The administrative web server returns LocalClientList.asp device data and wirelesssetup.asp WPA passphrases without authentication. LAN access is sufficient by default; WAN access requires remote management, and password reuse can expose administrative control.
