Outbound XML requests via CSRF form validation

Cross-site request forgery in Jenkins Chef Sinatra Plugin 1.20 and earlier allows remote attackers to trigger outbound XML requests. A form-validation method accepts non-POST requests, sends an HTTP request to an attacker-controlled URL, and parses the response as XML. Exploitation requires a victim with Overall/Read permission to visit crafted content; companion XML parsing behavior can expose controller secrets or induce server-side requests.
