Attacker-directed database connections via CSRF-prone validation

CSRF in Jenkins dbCharts Plugin 0.5.2 and earlier allows remote attackers to make Jenkins connect to an attacker-specified JDBC database. The plugin's form-validation method accepts requests without requiring POST, then uses supplied JDBC URLs and credentials and returns class-path-dependent errors. Exploitation requires an Overall/Read user to visit attacker-controlled content; the resulting request can initiate an outbound database connection and disclose class availability.
