Credential capture via CSRF-enabled outbound connections

CSRF in Jenkins Checkmarx Plugin 2022.1.2 and earlier allows remote attackers to capture stored credentials through crafted requests. Several HTTP endpoints accept non-POST requests and use supplied credential IDs when connecting to an attacker-controlled webserver. A logged-in Jenkins user must follow the crafted request, and the attacker must obtain a valid credentials ID by another method.
