Missing authorization in Jenkins autonomiq Plugin 1.15 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to make Jenkins contact a chosen URL. The plugin's HTTP endpoint accepts a URL, username, and password and initiates the connection without checking the caller's permission. Overall/Read permission is sufficient, so a low-privileged account can make the controller send attacker-supplied credentials to an arbitrary destination.
