Credential theft via unprotected form validation methods

Missing authorization in Jenkins Snow Commander Plugin 1.10 and earlier allows attackers to capture stored Jenkins credentials. Form-validation methods accept attacker-chosen server URLs and credential IDs without checking Overall/Administer permission, then authenticate outbound to that server. Overall/Read permission and a credential ID obtained through another method are required; the outbound authentication exposes the selected secret.
