Missing authorization in Jenkins Conjur Secrets Plugin 1.0.11 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to enumerate credential IDs. Three doFillCredentialIDItems HTTP handlers invoke credential lookup as SYSTEM without first requiring Jenkins.ADMINISTER, exposing matching stored-credential identifiers. Overall/Read permission is sufficient; the identifiers do not reveal secret values directly but can support credential capture through another flaw.
