Credential disclosure via cleartext database storage

Cleartext storage of sensitive information in Hitachi Energy PCM600 2.6 through 2.11 Hotfix 20220617 allows attackers to obtain IED credentials. The ConnPack credential storage function writes IED credentials in cleartext to PCM600 database and log files, and exported backups expose the same data. Attackers need access to an exported backup, while administrators of the PCM600 host can inspect logs; recovered credentials enable unauthorized configuration changes, reboots, or denial of service on IEDs.
