Command injection in TOTOLINK A860R firmware 4.1.2cu.5182_B20201027 allows remote attackers to execute arbitrary commands over HTTP. The Main request handler processes attacker-controlled QUERY_STRING content for command execution without sufficient sanitization. No authentication or user interaction is required, and successful exploitation grants control of the router for malware installation or other commands.
