Unauthenticated command execution via unsanitized query string
Published Feb 22, 2022 · Updated Aug 3, 2024
Command injection in TOTOLINK A3100R firmware 4.1.2cu.5050_B20200504 allows remote attackers to execute arbitrary commands. The Main function inadequately sanitizes the QUERY_STRING parameter before using it for operating-system command execution. No authentication or user interaction is required, granting network-reachable attackers command execution in the application's context.
