Unauthenticated command execution via crafted IPv6 address

OS command injection in TP-Link TL-WR840N(ES) firmware 6.20_180709 allows remote attackers to execute arbitrary commands. The /cgi?2&2 handler passes the X_TP_ExternalIPv6Address request value to oal_wan6_setIpAddr without neutralizing shell metacharacters. No authentication or user interaction is required, and successful injection runs attacker-supplied OS commands on the router.
