Stored XSS in PluXml 5.8.7 allows remote authenticated users to execute script in a reader's browser through a blog-post thumbnail path. The post editor stores a crafted thumbnail-path value that is later emitted into page markup without neutralizing executable HTML or JavaScript. Article-editing access is required, and exploitation occurs when another user opens the affected post, exposing that user's browser session to attacker-controlled script.
