Session credential theft via unsanitized Dashboard parameter

Reflected XSS in IceHRM 30.0.0.OS allows remote attackers to steal session credentials through a crafted Dashboard link. core/footer.php inserts the m request parameter into a single-quoted refId JavaScript value without encoding or validation. A logged-in user, including a normal user or administrator, must follow the crafted link, after which attacker-supplied script executes in that user's browser context.
