Jira issue disclosure via user-controlled object key

IDOR in GitLab EE before 15.0.5, 15.1.4, or 15.2.1 allows remote authenticated users to read Jira issues through its Jira integration. The integration resolves a user-controlled Jira issue key without enforcing object-level authorization before returning the associated issue data. A low-privileged account and a configured Jira integration are required; the reported consequence is limited to Jira issue disclosure.
