Browser script execution via unsanitized redirect parameter
Published Feb 16, 2022 · Updated Aug 3, 2024
Reflected XSS in admin.php in JQueryForm.com forms before 2022-02-05 allows remote attackers to inject script via the redirect parameter. The administrative login page returns the unsanitized redirect query value in its HTML response, allowing attacker-controlled markup to execute in the browser. Exploitation requires a user to follow a crafted link, after which the injected code runs in the security context of the affected form.
