Credential disclosure via missing httpd access control

Improper access control in TP-Link TL-WR940N 3.20.1 Build 200316 Rel.34392n (5553) allows network-adjacent attackers to disclose stored credentials. The TCP port 80 httpd service returns stored credentials without enforcing access control on the requesting client. No authentication or user interaction is required, but the attacker must have adjacent-network access; the disclosed credentials enable further compromise.
