SSRF via parseURL host allowlist bypass

SSRF in Apache Dubbo 2.6 before 2.6.12 and 2.7 before 2.7.15 allows remote attackers to request allowlist-blocked hosts. The parseURL method accepts attacker-controlled URL input without reliably enforcing the configured host allowlist, enabling open redirects or server-side requests. Exploitation requires user interaction and an application path that passes untrusted URLs to parseURL; the documented impact excludes service interruption.
