Integer overflow in APR 1.7.0 apr_encode functions allows remote attackers to write beyond a destination buffer via oversized source input. The functions fail to reject invalid signed lengths and use encoded-size arithmetic that can wrap, causing the destination allocation to be too small. A consuming application must pass attacker-controlled data to the affected API; the documented consequence is an out-of-bounds write, not confirmed code execution.
