Stored XSS in DHC Vision eQMS 5.4.8.322 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to execute JavaScript in another user's browser. The application stores an information object's name and returns it on version and history pages without context-sensitive output encoding. The attacker needs permission to create or edit the object, and exploitation occurs when another user opens either tab.
