Session disruption via invalid sequence and IPC input

Denial of service in Eternal Terminal before 6.2.0 allows remote authenticated users or local users to disconnect active sessions. A reconnecting client can submit a sequence number beyond the BackedReader buffer, while malformed input written directly to /tmp/etserver.idpasskey.fifo triggers the local path. The remote path requires an authenticated Eternal Terminal session and the local path requires server-host access; either path crashes session handling and disconnects the user.
