Sensitive file disclosure via out-of-bounds symlink following

Symlink following in Argo CD 0.7.0 through 2.1.14, 2.2.8, and 2.3.3 allows remote authenticated users to read repo-server files. The repo-server's repository.findManifests function follows committed symlinks beyond the repository root while generating directory manifests. Repository write access and use by a directory-type Application are required; exposed data is limited to readable JSON, YAML, partial non-JSON content, and mounted secrets.
