Authenticated SSRF via JDBC driver download URL
Published Apr 20, 2022 · Updated Apr 22, 2025
SSRF in vran-dev Databasir 1.0.1 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to access intranet services via a JDBC driver URL. The database-extension download verification fetches a user-supplied address before validating the JDBC driver, while DatabasirExceptionAdvice.handleUnspecificException returns the resulting exception message in the HTTP error response. A user able to create a database extension and import it into a project can make the server request an intranet URL and receive complete error details.
