Cross-database access via unrestricted SQLite attachment

Permission bypass in Metabase 0.41.0 through 0.41.6 and 0.42.0 through 0.42.3 allows remote authenticated users to read other SQLite databases. Metabase permits user-supplied SQLite queries to invoke ATTACH DATABASE without restricting additional database files, letting queries cross configured permission boundaries. Enterprise 1.41.0 through 1.41.6 and 1.42.0 through 1.42.3 are also affected; exploitation requires SQL permission on one SQLite database and knowledge of another database's file path.
