Credential disclosure via unauthenticated dashboard API
Published Apr 11, 2022 · Updated Apr 23, 2025
Information disclosure in Garden before 0.12.39 allows remote attackers to read configuration and environment variables via the dashboard API. GardenServer binds the dashboard server to all interfaces and routes /api requests without checking an authentication key. Exposure requires dev, watch, or hot-reload mode and network access to port 9777; successful requests reveal build and cloud configuration, including secrets.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
