Anonymous comment submission via unchecked POST path

Authentication bypass in Miraheze CreateWiki before d0ae798 allows remote attackers to submit anonymous queue comments. RequestWikiRequestViewer::submitForm accepted the submit-comment action and called addComment without first rejecting an anonymous form user. A direct POST to Special:RequestWikiQueue reaches the path without authentication and adds attacker-controlled text to a wiki request; no confidentiality or availability impact is reported.
