Unauthenticated code execution via shared temporary path

Remote code execution in affected October CMS releases allows remote attackers to execute code via a caller-supplied upload filename. File::fromData derives a shared temporary path from that filename, writes data there, and reopens it before deletion, allowing a concurrent request to replace the file during that window. Exploitation requires a plugin to expose File::fromData publicly and accept user-controlled filenames; vanilla installations do not expose or call the method.
