Open redirect in Auth0 express-openid-connect before 2.7.2 allows remote attackers to send authenticated users to an external site. ResponseContext stores an Express request's unsanitized originalUrl as returnTo, so multiple leading slashes become a protocol-relative external URL after login. The application must protect a catch-all route with requiresAuth or default authRequired, and a user must follow the crafted link and authenticate.
