Host memory corruption via omitted safepoint stack maps

Use after free in Bytecode Alliance Wasmtime 0.34.0, 0.34.1, 0.35.0, and 0.35.1 allows attackers to corrupt host memory. Cranelift emits cold blocks out of definition order but searches safepoints in definition order, omitting stack maps so garbage collection reclaims live externrefs that Wasm later uses. Exploitation requires a Wasm module that uses externrefs while the host has explicitly enabled epoch interruption, which is disabled by default; the resulting memory corruption affects the host process.
