Out-of-bounds read/write in PJSIP PJPROJECT 2.12 and earlier allows remote attackers to affect applications via crafted RTCP RPSI packets. The pjmedia_rtcp_fb_parse_rpsi() parser processes incoming Reference Picture Selection Indication feedback without sufficient bounds validation, permitting memory access outside the packet or destination buffer. Exploitation requires an application that directly calls this parser and accepts attacker-controlled RTCP traffic; consequences include data disclosure, memory corruption, or service interruption.
