Password-hash disclosure via regex response oracle

Information disclosure in Statamic CMS before 3.2.39 and 3.3.0 through 3.3.1 allows remote attackers to infer password hashes via REST API filters. The users endpoint applies attacker-controlled regular expressions to password-hash fields and exposes match results through record presence or absence. The REST API and users resource must both be enabled, while default throttling makes complete hash recovery request-intensive.
