Information disclosure in Discourse allows remote authenticated users to learn restricted category names through personal activity exports. The export_user_archive job resolves category names without consistently applying Guardian visibility checks to category preferences and posts moved into private categories. The issue affects stable 2.8.2 and earlier, beta 2.9.0.beta3 and earlier, and tests-passed 2.9.0.beta3 and earlier; disclosure is limited to category names and the existence of private categories.
