Service interruption via unchecked SDP formatting

Stack-based buffer overflow in PJSIP PJPROJECT 2.12 and earlier allows remote attackers to interrupt service via crafted SDP. The print_media_desc routine in pjmedia/src/pjmedia/sdp.c copied format strings into a caller buffer without checking remaining space, and the fix adds bounds checks that return an error. Exploitation requires an application using PJSUA2 or directly calling pjmedia_sdp_print() or pjmedia_sdp_media_print(); the demonstrated impact is process crash or service interruption.
