Application hang via stalled CDATA scanning

Infinite-loop denial of service in PJPROJECT 2.12 and earlier allows remote attackers to hang applications that parse crafted XML. In pjlib-util's xml_parse_node(), the CDATA-closing scan repeatedly searches for ']' without advancing past a nonterminating match, so malformed CDATA traps the parser loop. Only applications that pass attacker-controlled XML to PJLIB-UTIL's XML parser reach the condition; the resulting parser hang interrupts that application without reported data access or modification.
