CVE-2022-24748Network attack vector

Order and customer modification via missing route ACL

Published Mar 9, 2022 · Updated Apr 23, 2025

Incorrect authorization in Shopware Platform before 6.4.8.2 allows remote authenticated users to modify customers and create orders. The SalesChannelProxyController exposes the PATCH /api/_proxy/switch-customer route without an ACL annotation, so it accepts an API context lacking the dedicated proxy permission. An authenticated app integration that reaches the route can switch customer context and submit unauthorized customer changes or orders.
