Account takeover via shared server-side cookie state

Improper authentication in Plone Volto 14.0.0-alpha.5 and later before 15.0.0-alpha.0 allows remote attackers to take over user accounts. The bundled react-cookie 1.0.5 stores current request cookies and responses in global shared state, allowing concurrent server-side requests to receive another user's authentication cookie. Exposure requires high server load and concurrent requests; a swapped cookie grants the recipient the other user's account and privileges, although upstream testing did not reproduce the condition.
