Unauthenticated CLI route execution via method spoofing

Improper input validation in CodeIgniter 4 before 4.1.9 allows remote attackers to execute CLI routes through unauthenticated HTTP requests. The request-method spoofer accepted the _method form value CLI without restricting overrides to HTTP verbs, so routing treated a POST as a CLI request. Exploitation requires method spoofing and a reachable CLI route; the invoked controller action determines the resulting data or service impact.
