Stored cross-site scripting in Weblate before 4.11 allows remote authenticated users to execute script in other users' browsers. Username completion inserted item.string into anchor HTML, while report views and plural-form labels rendered user or language names without escaping. An account able to set a crafted name can trigger script when another user opens an affected completion, report, or translation form.
