Unauthenticated code execution via default Erlang cookie

Remote code execution in Apache CouchDB 3.2.1 and earlier allows remote attackers to run commands through an exposed Erlang distribution port. Packaging assigns the same monster cookie to single-node and clustered installs, and Erlang accepts it to authenticate node communication. Exploitation requires the separate distribution port to be network-accessible; installations exposing only the HTTP API are unaffected.
