Memory corruption via malformed RADIUS attributes

Buffer overflow in Accel-PPP 1.12 allows remote attackers to corrupt process memory through crafted RADIUS packets. The IPv6-Prefix branch of rad_packet_recv trusts the packet's attribute length and copies len minus two bytes into fixed 16-byte prefix storage without enforcing the valid 2-to-18-byte range. The daemon must process a reply from a malicious RADIUS peer; the out-of-bounds write corrupts memory in the Accel-PPP process.
