Remote code execution via oversized AX.25 packets

Buffer overflow in WinAPRS 2.9.0 allows remote attackers to execute code by transmitting malicious AX.25 packets to a KISS TNC. The VHF KISS TNC packet-processing path copies a 1,000-byte received packet into an approximately 880-byte stack buffer, overwriting control data. Exploitation requires WinAPRS to run with KISS mode enabled and a reachable radio or TNC path; demonstrated payloads gain a command shell on Windows XP SP3 and Windows 10.
