Unauthenticated data extraction via blind SQL injection
Published Jul 18, 2022 · Updated Aug 3, 2024
Blind Boolean-based SQL injection in DSK DSKNet 2.16.136.0 and 2.17.136.5 allows remote attackers to read and alter database data. PresAbs.php uses attacker-controlled HTTP request data in database queries without neutralizing SQL syntax, allowing Boolean responses to reveal stored values. No authentication is required; chained broken access control exposes the endpoint, and the injection can recover users' badge numbers and PIN codes.
