Deployment disclosure via unauthorized notification registration

Missing authorization in OpenAM branches before 6.5.5, 7.1.2, and 7.2.0 allows remote attackers to disclose deployment details. The configuration-change notification interface accepts anonymous registration and deregistration requests for listener URLs without performing an authorization check. Registered listeners can receive deployment data and direct notification traffic toward internal network services; no authentication or user interaction is required.
