Service crash via unsupported HTTP/2 frames

Denial of service in Swift Project SwiftNIO HTTP/2 1.0.0 through 1.19.1 allows remote attackers to crash applications via ALTSVC or ORIGIN frames. NIOHTTP2Handler sends these parsed, unsupported inbound frame types to a fatal trap instead of ignoring the noncritical extensions. Any HTTP/2 connection peer can trigger the immediate process crash, terminating in-flight connections until the service restarts.
