Contributor-level code execution via unrestricted metabox

Code injection in Alexander Fuchs PHP Everywhere 2.0.3 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to execute PHP through a metabox. The plugin exposes its PHP Everywhere metabox to every account with the edit_posts capability and evaluates the code stored there when a post preview renders. Contributor-level access is sufficient to create a post, place arbitrary PHP in the metabox, and preview it, enabling complete site takeover.
